Parsley contains two separated groups of ingredients, which is very important for people’s health. The first group includes essential oils and the other group includes flavonoids. Besides this, parsley is very rich in vitamin C, A and K and it is recommendable to consume it more often during autumn and winter months.
- 1,5 liters / 50 oz of water
- 3 branches of parsley
- 1 kg / 35 oz of lemons
- Baking soda
Method of preparation:
Rub the lemons’ rind with baking soda in order to clean every impurities and filth off of it. Boil the water and let it cool down. Chop the lemons and parsley into small pieces and add them into the, now, cold water. Cover the bowl you are using and place it in the refrigerator for one day. After that, stir the mixture and transfer it in a glass bottle.
Drink 1 deciliter on this beverage every day.
