Start with the upper jaw. Take around twenty centimeters (7 inch )of dental floss and most of it you should wrap around both index fingers. The 4-5 cm (2 inch ) of dental floss, which is between your fingers, is the part you need to clean your teeth with.
Put the dental floss in between your teeth, using your free fingers.
