Recipe

Ingredients needed:

– 1 teaspoon of crushed dried mint

– 1/3 of a teaspoon of powdered ginger

– Juice of half a lemon

– 1 teaspoon of honey

– 200 ml of water

Method of preparation:

Put the mint in 200 ml of boiled water and let it stand still for 5 minutes. Strain the mixture afterwards and add the ginger, lemon juice and honey. Mix everything well.

Consume the tea in small sips before you go to bed.
