Garlic belongs to the healthiest foods and popular folk remedies. It has best effect if it is consumed fresh because of its active ingredient – allicin which if it is thermally processed it is lost.
Thanks to its antibacterial ingredients, garlic can help you in everyday health problems such as fever, colds, flu or fungal infection. Also, garlic can help in reducing the symptoms of osteoarthritis, diabetes and enlarged prostate. It strengthens the immune system and helps in detoxification of the body.
How to use garlic?
First, you need to peel the garlic and to grate it as finely as possible and to leave it to stand for around 10- 15 minutes and then to eat it.
It is recommended to consume garlic on empty stomach because on this way more easily the nutrients will be absorbed.
Fresh garlic and honey
- 3 cloves of fresh garlic
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Mix well both ingredients and consume from this mixture every day. After a few days you will feel healthy and very energetic.
Syrup of garlic against flu
Note: Before each preparation of this tonic, wear gloves if you have sensitive skin. Also, be careful and do not touch your eyes with the hands that will touch this tonic because it can cause irritation.
– ½ chopped red onion
– 5 cloves of chopped garlic
– 2 red chopped chili peppers
– 1 tablespoon of chopped or grated ginger
– 1 squeezed lemon juice of 1 lemon
– apple cider vinegar
In a glass jar (350ml- 500ml) add the chopped onion and then add the garlic. Later, add the chili peppers and ginger. Add the lemon juice in the jar and in the end pour everything with the apple cider vinegar.
Try to have at least one centimeter empty space on the top.
Close the jar tightly with lid and store the medicine in a dark and cool place.
The next day you can start consume the tonic.
This mixture is excellent fighter against colds, flu and inflammation.
