What Does Jamie Oliver’s Healthiest Beverage Looks Like?


It happens very often for manufacturers to add sugar, artificial flavors and colors to your favorite muesli. Jamie Oliver together with his team are real experts for food. They have invented the healthiest recipe for breakfast.

Ingredients needed:

  • 1 kg of oat flakes
  • 250 grams of dried fruits, prunes, figs, raisins, apricots…
  • 250 grams of almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts
  • 1 tablespoon of ground coffee
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa
  • Organic oranges’ rind

Method of preparation:

Place the oat flakes and nuts in the oven and bake them on 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. After that put all ingredients in a blender and mix for several minutes in order to gain granola breakfast.

Transfer the entire mixture in big glass jar. For breakfast take three tablespoons of the mixture and pour some kefir, yogurt or milk over it. You can also add some seasonal fruit in it if you want to.
