Tibetan Tea That Eliminates Fatigue And Gives Freshness


You can get rid of fatigue with a cup of nice Tibetan tea.

Ingredients needed:

– 3 tablespoons of powdered chicory root

– 1 tablespoon of powdered cocoa

– 1 tablespoon of honey

– 200 ml of water

Method of preparation:

Put 3 tablespoons of powdered chicory root and one tablespoon of powdered cocoa in a glass. Pour 200 ml of boiling water over the powdered mixture. Mix everything well. You can add a tablespoon honey if you want to improve this beverage’s taste.

You can consume this tea in the morning or in the afternoon, never in the evening because it might break you sleep. Pregnant women are allowed to drink this tea but only in small doses.

Chicory is great stimulant because it improves psycho-physical energy. It also improves and strengthens the immune system, improves emotional state, removes fatigue, eliminates hypochondria, improves digestive system’s organs and prevents different kinds of diseases.
