1. Fresh broccoli is the best

Bananas contain vitamins responsible for maintaining bone density. Scientists insist on consuming ripe bananas (with spots) because insufficiently matured bananas contain proteins, which, according to the survey, prevent action of certain enzymes that are important for metabolic processes in the body, and thus the processes that ensure the health and bone health.

– 10 tablespoons of flaxseed
– 5 tablespoons of grind sesame
– Several pumpkin seeds
