Soup That Will Protect You From Colds And Flu


This soup is consisted of very powerful ingredients such as garlic, ginger, black pepper and onions. It will surely strengthen you whole immune system.

Ingredients needed:

– 3 liters of water

– 1-2 tablespoons of freshly ground ginger

– 2-3 cloves of garlic

– 1/4 of a onion

– 1 tablespoon of sage

– 1 tablespoon of thyme

– 1 big branch of rosemary

– 1 cup of chopped celery leaves

Method of preparation:

Put the ingredients in a big pot and place the pot on fire. Once the mixture starts boiling, lower the fire and let it cook for another hour. Strain the resulting mixture afterwards and mash the vegetables through droppers.
