Hard boil one egg. Put the egg in a glass of wine vinegar and let it soak for 24 hours. Egg’s shell will decompose but its inside parts will stay as they are due to egg’s skin. Peel the egg’s skin after those 24 hours have passed and cut it into three equal parts. Remember not to wash the egg. Eat each part as breakfast, lunch and dinner. The whole procedure lasts only one day and you can repeat it after eight-month break.
