Breathing exercises help to properly develop and train respiratory. They can also help whe it comes to cleaning the body from the adverse effects of smoking.
After doing these exercises, craving will soon disappear completely.
- Exercise Number 1
When you feel a strong desire to smoke, go out and get some fresh air. Do nothing, just stand back and relax. Inhale deeply and hold your breath for at least 5 seconds and breathe out slowly. Do this exercise 10 times in a row. After repeatedly doing this exercise you may feel little dizzy due to saturation of oxygen in the brain. The main goal to both of these exercises is that craving slowly but surely fades away.
- Exercise Number 2
Inhale through your nose very slowly and breathe out a little bit faster. Start this exercise slowly and gradually increase the tempo. Inhale and exhale 30 times in one cycle of the exercise. Make sure you do 1 minute break after every cycle you have done. To get the best possible result, repeat this exercise 5 to 10 times.
