Sorbet is dessert which is prepared from fruit or juice from fruits. By its appearance it reminds of ice cream. But, it does not contain milk fat and therefore is an excellent healthy alternative for popular great dessert which delights all generations.
- 450 grams of fresh strawberries
- 50 grams of honey or agave syrup
Clean the strawberries, wash them well and cut them on halves and place them in the freezer for an hour to become solid or frozen. Then, in blender mix them with honey or syrup from agave until you get smooth and creamy structure. Try the mixture and add honey if you need.
Pour it into deeper bowl and then place it in freezer until they become cool and harden, actually until you will be able to take perfect bowl of ice cream with your tablespoon. Bon appetite!
