Natural Remedy To Relieve Colds


If you are willing to strengthen your immune system and body in healthy and natural way, prepare yourselves the following recipe.

Ingredients needed:

  • 2 teaspoons of grounded ginger
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 6 lemons
  • 3 cups of pineapple juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ΒΌ of a teaspoon of red hot grounded pepper

Method of preparation:

Begin the preparation by squeezing the juice out of the lemon. Put the resulting juice in a blender. Add all of the above ingredients in the blender as well. Mix until you get homogeneous mixture.

Put the resulting drink in a glass bottle and keep it in the fridge. Drink 4 glasses of this beverage a day. Repeat this procedure until the cold is gone.
