You still have excess pounds, and the summer season and going to the beach is about to start, but without being overweight. Here is a recipe for a natural drink that will level your abdomen up within 7 days.
Cranberry is a strong antioxidant, lemon and orange are fighters against fat and spices reduce appetite and stimulate metabolism.
– 2 kg of cranberry (dilute the resulting cranberry juice with distillated water in order to get 2 liters of juice)
– 1 tablespoon of ground ginger
– 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
– 1 tablespoon of ground walnuts
– 2 dl of freshly squeezed orange juice
– 1 dl of freshly squeezed lemon juice
– Stevia (optional)
Method of preparation:
Heat the cranberry juice at low temperature and add the spices afterwards. Once you have added the spices, cook the mixture on low fire for another 15 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature. Finally, add the lemon and orange juice and stevia, if you want to. Place the beverage in the refrigerator.
Drink this beverage twice a day – in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before bedtime. The recommended dose is 2 dl. Consume the drink for at least ten days, and the changes will be felt after the third day.
