This diet can be practiced without interruption because it does not cut off the necessary supplies that are essential to the body.
It is about the diet with new moon. New moon has the greatest influence when is young and full. Although is very effective this diet is also excellent in terms of psychological aspect because, its phase is changes from week to week in the natural cycles of the first phase of the moon. How to use this diet?

On the first day of the new moon, you should not eat anything. Water or sweet tea is allowed for consumption. If you cannot stand it, you can drink natural juice from fruit and vegetables but without sugar. During the day, you need to drink plenty of fluids, if you can up to 5 liters. You can add little amount of pepper in half a liter of water and little amount of grated ginger (just a little, purely to spice up the taste, do not exaggerate). If you strictly follow these rules, only on this day you can lose up to 3kg. Start to eat the next day, but consume only very light food. By the end of the first week, cut off the bread and pasta and from carbohydrates consume only integral rice and from meat consume only beef. Consume many vegetables and in the evening large amount of salad.
For breakfast you can add cracker and butter, eggs and one slice of cheese. Continue with the regime from the first week in the following remained days but make sure that your breakfast is stronger.
