You hit yourself and your body is prone to bruising, which are visible in just one second. No matter how much you try not to cause them, they are created spontaneously.
You notice the number of bruises is increasing each day, lasting for days and change color from blue to yellow and purple. Given that you cannot change your skin and the way it works, here are some tips on how to reduce bruises within just one day.
As soon as you hit yourself, apply plain cold compress a sore spot at intervals of five minutes in order to avoid freezing the tissue. The ice does not diminish the pain, but it slows the flow of blood and lymph through blood vessels thus prevents the formation of a bruise (hematoma).
Once you restrain the bruise with the cold coating, it would be good if you apply some marigold cream or other cream that removes hematoma onto the bruise. Cabbage leaf can serve as an excellent coating because it relieves pain and reduces swelling. Apply the cabbage leaf onto the affected area, fix it with gauze and hold it there for two hours before you remove it.
You can apply and parsley in the same way, but you will need to previously chop it blend it well. You can also boil potatoes, peel them and make a puree in which you will need to add a little bit of honey and plain water and place the resulting mixture on the injured area. Allow it to act for 15 minutes and repeat the treatment 2-3 times during the day.
Onions are great against bruises because of the anti-inflammatory properties they possess. Same as the cabbage leaf, apply the slices onion onto the place where you have bruise.
Cotton wool soaked in vinegar is yet another coating for eliminating bruises because it improves blood circulation.
