1. Dry brushing the skin

Before shower, brush your body with solid circular motions for about 15 minutes. After showering, moisten the skin with olive or coconut oil.

2. Coffee peeling

You can rub coffee on the skin after you are done with the dry brushing and before showering, two to three times a week, but the following recipe is more efficient.
– ¼ of a cup of ground coffee
– 2-3 teaspoons of coconut oil
– 2 teaspoons of sugar
Method of preparation:
Mix all abovementioned ingredients in order to end up with thick paste like mixture. Put the resulting mixture in a glass bowl and use it when needed until you spent it all.
Massage your skin using the paste by doing solid and circle motions. Use it 2 to 3 times a week.
You will notice the first results after 3 to 4 weeks.
3. Omega 3 fatty acids
Diet is very important for the whole organism and for removing cellulite. If you eat the wrong kind of fat, cellulite will be created.
In order to prevent cellulite occurrence you need to include sea fish or omega 3 fatty acids supplements in your daily diet.
