How To Treat Dry Cough!

If you have an ordinary dry cough, help yourselves with natural folk remedies. One of them is basil.

Basil is considered the king of spices used against inflammation of the gums and oral cavity, in cold and dry cough. Every day consume several basil leaves as a precaution.

Or you can simply make basil tea: pour some boiling water over dried basil leaves and let the mixture stand still for ten minutes, strain and drink the resulting tea. Consume the tea regularly throughout the week. You can also use garlic as a medicine. Mash a few cloves of garlic, drain the juice out of them and add the juice in some freshly squeezed lemon juice. Dilute this liquid with water.

Drink this beverage twice a day. Newest researches have shown that almonds have an ingredient that enhances the immune system.

Make a mixture of nine ground almonds, a spoonful of honey and a little bit of butter. Take one tablespoon of this remedy 2-3 times a day.
