Avoid entering in one meal proteins and carbohydrates. Bread, rice and cereals should not be consumed together with eggs, fish, meat and dairy products or tofu. These are the worst combinations of ingredients.
For digestion of starch in the body, alkaline substructure is needed and for digestion of proteins, acidic substructure. When enzymes begin to digest starch, the presence of alkaline enzymes slows the digestion of proteins. Due to it bloating in stomach is happening.
Proteins and starch “agree” best with leafy vegetables so combine them on that way and avoid to consume them together.
Combine proteins only with vegetables and same, combine starch foods (potatoes, bread, pasta, rice, and bread) only with vegetables but avoid to combine proteins with starch.
