Forget About Lemonade, Make Limeade!


Lime and mint are the two key ingredients for making this refreshing beverage that is filled with vitamin C. This beverage acts in two ways: it soothes the stomach and protects against colds.

Ingredients needed:

– 100 grams of sugar

– 900 ml of water

– 100 ml of freshly squeezed lime juice

– 130 grams of fresh mint leaves

Method of preparation:

Put the sugar and water in a bowl and let the mixture boil. Put 50 grams of fresh mint leaves in the hot water for a short time. The liquid should be cool before you place it in a blender together with the lime juice and the rest of the mint leaves. Mix everything well and enjoy the refreshing beverage. Cheers!
