- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 1 piece of ginger root
- 1 green apple
- 2 stalks of celery
- 9 asparagus
Method of preparation:
First, soak the asparagus in water for 5 minutes. Chop the cucumber, apples and lemon into pieces. Put the chopped fruit together with the ginger and celery into blender and mix everything well.
It is recommendable to consume this drink after lunch.
