DIY: Tasty And Healthy Weight Loss Tea


This tea is ideal for the cold autumn and winter days. It will not cost you much and yet it will keep your health.

Ingredients :

  • Sage
  • Rosehip
  • Thyme
  • Bellthistle
  • Nettle
  • Wort
  • Yarrow
  • Horsetail


Mix all ingredients and put them either in glass jar or in paper bag. Take 4 grams of the tea mixture and put it in 1 dl of water. Boil the mixture and after that let the tea cool down a little.

You should drink this tea before and during every meal. Add apple cider vinegar if you want to. These plants successfully regulate metabolism’s work and with small corrections in your diet you will notice the results in very short period of time.
