Over time, our body changes, which means the body’s needs also change. These experts advice that what you eat in your 20’s you should not consume when in your 50’s.
From 20 to 30 years of age
During this period of life your bones are still growing, so you need to eat plenty of dairy products. Alcohol is something that most should avoid due to poor impact on the health of nails, skin and hair. During this period strict diets are not desirable.
From 30 to 40 years of age
In this period of life you will start to feel a lack of energy and fatigue. This is why stimulants such as coffee, should be replaced with dry fruits, especially apples and apricots, and whole grains. Avoid sugar and unhealthy fat in order to keep body weight in normal range.
From 40 to 50 years of age
During this period in life the first signs of anemia will start to appear. So, experts advise to consume high quality red meat, fruits and green vegetables. Avoid sweets because during this time of life calories are hard to spend, so you can easily become overweight.
From 50 to 60 years of age
Eat more probiotics and drink plenty of water in order to hydrate because in this period of years the immunity becomes weaker. Eat more vegetables and fish and make sure you discard meat deli products from your menu.
After 70 years of age
The diet should be based on vegetables, fruits, fish, chicken, but do not forget to consume lots of fluids, especially water.
