Deal With Back Pain Within 2 Minutes: All You Need Is A Belt



We are talking about yoga position that will relax you and will help you get rid of the pain.

Back pain usually occurs if your job requires lot of sitting in front of the computer or you spend way too much time in the same position.

In order to get rid of back pain, we will now present you a simple 2-minute exercise for which you will only need a belt.

The exercise is a yoga-position. Do not get upset if you fail doing it properly the first time.

Lie on your back with bent knees. Then, position your body upwards, extend one leg at a 90 degree angle and place the belt under your feet while holding. Stay in this position. In case this is difficult for you to do, lift you leg of the floor under bigger angle, as much as you can, but make sure your leg stays in a straight position. Repeat the same with the other leg.

Repeat the exercise, but this time with straight leg on the floor. Try to breathe deeply during the exercise. Deep breaths will additionally relax you.
