One of the most effective tools for cleansing and detoxification of the liver are raisins.
Liver has the “blood factory” role in our body or better said – liver’s job is to clean the blood of toxins and impurities of all kind. The poisoning of the organism prevents the liver’s effectiveness in combating diseases, poisons and toxins because it reduces the ability of absorbing natural-based drugs.

In order to prepare this recipe, you first need to choose natural raisins. Ideal raisins for this recipe should be organic. In other words, the raising should be dark, black, wrinkled, but not too soft or too stiff.
Once you purchase natural raisins, soak them in warm water for 15 minutes then rinse them with running water. Do this in the morning. Transfer the rinsed raisings into a bowl and pour previously boiled water, which should now be cooled to room temperature, over them. Fill the bowl completely and let them soak in until the next morning.
Drink the liquid and eat the raisins the next morning after you wake up.
