When we are physically loaded or under too much stress, blood vessels are tightening, muscles are tensed and blood pressure rises.
In this kind of situation we know that we must relax our muscle in order for blood to normalize. The only question is how to achieve that.
The line extended from point 1 to point 2, shown in the photograph below, should not be pressed firmly, nor massaged. You need to gently stroke it from top to bottom only using the tips of the fingers. Repeat this procedure 20 times – 10 times of one side and 10 times on the other.
Point number two is located near the collarbone and needs to be massaged with your fingertips, 1 minute on each side vice versa. Press strong, but not strong enough for you to feel pain.
After this simple treatment, blood pressure will normalize.
