- The treatment is apple cider vinegar. After swimming or bathing, rinse your ears with a combination of apple cider vinegar and water in a ratio 1:1. Then, put in a few drops of warm apple cider vinegar in the clogged ear in order to clean the ear lobe to facilitate penetration of the liquid. Repeat this process 2-3 times a day until the mud is dissolved.
- Another way to clean the ear canal is with steam. This medicine is made with apple cider vinegar and warm water in the ratio 1:1. The ear should hold over steam a few minutes (it is best to use the funnel to the narrower part geared towards the ear). This procedure should be repeated 2-3 times a day.
Be careful with the heating of apple cider vinegar. Do not burn it. Make sure it is lukewarm in order not to burn.
