You may also experience sleep disturbance and pain. Researchers said that this type of fatigue happens due to chemical imbalance in the body because of cancer.

5.Unusual Movement in Bladder or Bowels

Breast cancer can cause hormonal changes which dry up the urethra and makes it hard to control the bladder. This condition is known incontinence.

The symptoms of this condition are an urge feeling to urinate, longer urination than usual, leaking urine while laughing, exercising, sneezing or coughing. If you experience any of these symptoms, you better visit your doctor and to consult about the condition.

Prevention is the best medicine. Other than knowing the symptoms of breast cancer to be able to diagnose the illness at an early stage, one thing that’s just as important is to prevent the disease before it even occurs in the first place.

In term of eating habit, consume a lot of plant-based foods like fruits and vegetables and avoid red meat like beef. Be careful in choosing your food because even fruits and vegetable may contain harmful chemical. So choose organic food to avoid the risk of consuming pesticide.
